On Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested 24 Palestinian citizens during dawn and morning raids in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
The arrests were mainly reported in Jenin and Nablus to the north of the West Bank and Hebron to the south and Ramallah where several homes were stormed and searched while their owners were detained and subjected to field investigations.
The Israeli occupation army regularly conducts raids, search and arrest operations in Palestinian towns across the occupied West Bank, which have intensified this year with Palestinians arrested on a near-daily basis.
As of December 2022, more than 4,760 Palestinians are held in Israeli jails, including 33 women, 160 children, and 820 administrative detainees.
