The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign across the West Bank at dawn Wednesday. 28 Palestinian were rounded up during the raids.
In Hebron, the IOF arrested five youths identified as Muhammad Ibrahim Odeh Sabarneh, 30, Osama Muhammad Mahmoud Sabarneh, 22, Muhammad Khalil Muhammad Al-Alami, 21, and Muhammad Mahmoud Odeh Sabarneh, 21, and Anas Shadeed.
Five other youths were rounded up in Bethlehem, including Mazen Muhammad Zawahra ad Musa Al-Sheikh while three others were detained after IOF stopped and seized their car.
In Jenin, the IOF troops detained Ahmed Mahmoud Abu Bakr, Winal Kamel Abu Shamla, Osama Maher Qabha, and Saif al-Din Adnan Zaid al-Kilani after storming Ya`bad town.
Four other Palestinians were detained in Jericho including Laith Ismail Saqr Abu Dahouk, 19, Muhammad Khaled Abu Namous, 24, Youssef Abdullah Odeh Al-Khatib, 19, and Abdul Tariq Akila, 20.
In Occupied Jerusalem, the IOF arrested Ayham Al-Shaer, Malik Al-Ajlouni, Qusai Ibrahim, and Youssef Zahda.
The two brothers Izz al-Din and Omar Abdel-HaqIn were caught in Nablus, while Qassam Abdel-Fattah Kharousha was arrested in Askar camp.
As of February 2023, 4800 Palestinians are held in Israeli jails, including 29 women, and 179 children.
