In a new violation of international law, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed four Palestinians, including a child, and wounded 37 others, some of them critically, on Monday morning in Jenin City and its refugee camp.
The victims were identified as Ahmed Saqr, 15, Khaled Asa’isa, 21, Qais Jabareen, 21, and Qassam Abu Sariya, 29.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated, in a brief press release, that Jenin Governmental Hospital received 19 injured, 6 of them in critical condition, including a girl.
17 others were transferred to Ibn Sina Specialist Hospital, including four suffering serious injuries.
Israeli special forces stormed the outskirts of Jenin camp amid heavy fire of live ammunition.
During the raid, the IOF raided some homes and apartments and deployed snipers on their rooftops.
Meanwhile, an IOF bulldozer destroyed a main water pipe in al-Jaberiyat neighborhood and caused power outages in Jenin camp.
They Israeli soldiers also broke into the house of Musaab al-Barmaki in the neighborhood, used his family as a human shield during the raid.
The two young men, Assem Abu Al-Haija and Musab Hassan Al-Barmaki, were also kidnaped by the IOF during the same events in Jenin.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that an Israeli military vehicle deliberately hit a Palestinian ambulance, preventing its access to the injured.
A military helicopter was also captured firing one missile at an empty area in Jenin.
The Palestinian Ministry of Education announced the delay of the general secondary exams in Jenin, due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on Jenin.
These Israeli crimes require an international intervention to bring those responsible to justice, protect the Palestinian civilians, and provide the necessary support to the victims.
