The Israeli occupation authorities continue to violate the religious rights of the Palestinians, amid the complete silence of the international community.
Today, Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a mosque south of Nablus (north of the occupied West Bank.)
Ghassan Daghlas, responsible for the settlement file in the northern West Bank, stated that the occupation bulldozers demolished a mosque in the “Abu Saifi” area, east of the town of “Duma”, south of Nablus.
He pointed out that the mosque is still functioning, as worshipers have been praying there for two years.
The IOF also bulldozed agricultural roads in the southern part of Douma town.
Meanwhile, dozens of Jewish settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyard today, and performed public Talmudic rituals under the protection of the occupation police and intelligence.
While listening to biblical translations about the alleged “temple,” settlers toured the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, in their religious clothes, and performed “Talmud” rituals, which is a provocation to Muslims who condemn such violations.
The occupation police allow Jewish settlers to storm Al-Aqsa twice a day, in the morning and evening for long hours.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is subject to continuous Israeli incursions by settlers and the occupation police, in addition to attempts to prevent its reconstruction, and the imposition of strict conditions for its visitors.
Since the occupation of Jerusalem in 1967, the occupation authorities have been controlling the keys to the Maghrabi Gate, through which settlers and occupation forces carry out daily incursions.
