On Sunday, July 24, 2022, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society announced the killing of two Palestinians and the injury of 10 others by the Israeli occupation forces during its storming of Nablus, the West Bank.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed the Yasmina neighbourhood in the Old City of Nablus, and besieged a number of young men in a house, while heavy bullets and bombs were being fired.
Ahmed Gabriel, head of the ambulance, stated that one of the injured was seriously injured in the head.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that those killed are Mohamed Bashar Azizi, 25, and Abdul Rahman Jamal Sobh, 28.
The IOF usually carry out night raids of the Palestinian homes using heavy arms to arrest civilians and transfer them to detention centres in the occupied lands, before transferring them to investigation or prisons.
