The Israeli Occupation continues raiding Palestinian cities and towns, arresting citizens, assaulting them, and shooting live bullets resulting in the deaths and injuries of many innocent and unarmed Palestinian citizens.
On Sunday, October 16, 2022, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of the Palestinian citizen Mujahid Ahmed Mohamed Dawoud, 30, as a result of serious injuries sustained by bullets of the IOF, which stormed the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, West Bank, on Saturday.
He was shot in the chest and was transferred to Istishari Hospital in Ramallah, before the doctors announced his death.
Five Palestinians were shot with bullets of the IOF after storming Qarawat Bani Hassan town, including Dawoud who was in critical condition.
The number of Palestinian deaths since the beginning of this year has risen to 171, including 15 since the beginning of October, amid international failure to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its violations of international human rights law, and the unnecessary and disproportionate use of force.
On the same day at dawn, Israeli settlers attacked the Urif Secondary School for Boys, south of Nablus, West Bank, burnt rooms, and broke a number of windows.
Likewise, last Tuesday, dozens of settlers stormed the Hawara Secondary School for Boys in Nablus, under the protection of the occupation army, leaving injuries among many Palestinians.
Under the protection of the IOF, settlers have recently intensified their attacks on Palestinians, their properties and homes, where they burned a park in Nablus as well as cars and barracks, and destroyed dozens of shops and homes.
