On Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2022, a Palestinian young man died of the wounds sustained from Israeli soldiers’ gunfire around the northern West Bank city of Nablus last July.
Mohammad Herzallah, 30, suffered serious head injuries in an Israeli army force raid on Nablus on July 24, 2022.
Herzallah died in the Ramallah hospital after he underwent several surgeries, which failed to save his life.
According to Palestinian figures, more than 202 Palestinians have been killed since early January, including 150 in the West bank and 52 in the Gaza Strip.
Occupation forces have significantly escalated military raids in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem during the past several weeks, following a green light from the Israeli political officials.
The Occupation authorities have recently issued a written order to grant “all security forces full freedom” to advance assaults on Palestinians.
In January 2022, the Israeli occupation has officially allowed its troops to shoot at Palestinians who had thrown rocks or firebombs, even if the suspect no longer present an immediate threat.
