A Palestinian young man was killed, and another was injured after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the Askar refugee camp in Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, at dawn Monday.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health affirmed that Saleh Muhammad Saleh Sabra, 22, was shot dead in the chest by Israeli gunfire.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society affirmed that two young men were shot during the IOF raid into Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus.
One of them later succumbed to his gunshot injury, the sources added.
Since the start of the year, 152 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire. 33 of them were killed during the latest Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
These serious human rights violations require urgent international intervention to hold those responsible for justice and provide protection to civilians during conflicts.
