The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot and killed six Palestinian youths over the past 24 hours in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
In Jericho, a 19-year-old Palestinian youth was killed on Wednesday morning after the IOF opened fire at him in Aqabat Jabr refugee camp.
Dhargham al-Akhras was hit by a bullet to the head when IOF troops stormed the camp amid heavy use of live ammunition and teargas bombs.
He was subsequently transferred to Jericho Governmental Hospital in a critical condition, where he was pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, the IOF carried out a large-scale raid campaign into dozens of local homes, subjecting their residents to investigations.
The young man Yassin Marwan Hamdan and his uncle Muhammad Hamdan were detained during the raids.
Earlier at dawn, 29-year-old Atta Mousa, from Mirka village in Jenin, died of a critical bullet injury he sustained on Tuesday evening during the IOF aggression in Jenin refugee camp.
Last night, the Palestinian health ministry said that three young men were shot dead, and 30 others were injured, some seriously, during the violent IOF raid in Jenin camp.
The victims were identified as Mahmoud Ali Nafi’ al-Saadi, 23, Mahmoud Khaled Ararawi, 24, and Raafat Omar Khamaysa, 22.
In Gaza, the health ministry said that the young man Yousef Salem Radwan, 25, was martyred, and 11 others suffered injuries on Tuesday evening when Israeli forces attacked protests staged in different border areas in support of the Aqsa Mosque.
The death toll of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and Gaza since the start of the year has risen to 245, including 47 children, 11 women, and 8 elderly people.
