The Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip entered its 32nd consecutive day on Tuesday amid intensive air raids, targeting dozens of residential buildings and claiming the lives of hundreds of civilians.
At least 12 people were killed, and 29 others injured in an Israeli air strike on Al-Astal family house in Khan Yunis at dawn today. There are still dozens missing under the rubble.
The Israeli warplanes also bombed a residential house in Beit Lahia, killing one young man and injuring dozens others.
The Israeli warplanes also bombed a house belonging to the Asref family in the Ma’an area, east of Khan Yunis, killing 8 Palestinians from the Jarghun and Barham families.
Meanwhile, at least 25 Palestinians were killed in a series of air strikers targeting five homes in Rafah at dawn today. Dozens others were injured in the attacks.
Another house was bombed at the Al-Sakafi junction, north of Gaza, while the Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi Mosque was destroyed in an Israeli air attack on the Zaytoun neighborhood in southern Gaza.
Journalist Muhammad Abu Hasira was killed in a similar attack, bringing the total number of Palestinian journalists killed in the Israeli aggression to 48. His entire family was also killed in the attack.
Seven family members were reportedly killed in a bloody attack on their home in Al-Maghazi camp.
Journalist Muhammad Hamouda was also injured, a few days ago, in the continued bombing on his house.
Since October 7, 10,022 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli aggression, including 5,104 children and 2,641 women while 25,408 others were wounded.
The Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian and human rights law as it exposes civilians’ lives to extreme danger, which requires an immediate international intervention.
The international community must force the Israeli occupation forces to abide by international human rights and humanitarian laws, mainly protecting the rights and lives of civilians, prohibiting their targeting and preserving their safety, and holding the Israeli leaders accountable for committing war crimes in the Gaza Strip.
