In response to the State of South Africa’s decisive action against the Israeli occupation through initiating a case at the International Court of Justice, Israel stands accused of perpetrating genocide against the Palestinian people, particularly given the relentless aggression in Gaza since October 7, 2023.
Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK (AOHR UK) is organising a webinar featuring parliamentarians, legal specialists, and human rights advocates. The focus will be to thoroughly scrutinise the case, delve into the charges, evidence, and legal arguments put forward, and offer a detailed analysis from both legal and humanitarian standpoints.
The webinar will further explore strategies to rally the international community in support of this lawsuit and to firmly condemn the genocide in Gaza.
