Four Palestinian civilians were killed and others injured on Monday morning as the Israeli occupation military continued its offensive across various areas in the Gaza Strip, including Gaza City and Khan Younis, in blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement.
According to medical sources in Gaza hospitals, Mahmoud Wael Al-Rifi was among those killed in an artillery strike targeting the Al-Shaaf area near the Yellow Line in Al-Tuffah neighbourhood, eastern Gaza.
Alaa Mazen Abu Rida was also killed by a drone strike in the Armidah area east of Khan Younis, which left two others injured. Meanwhile, Ahmed Abdul Rahim Sahmoud succumbed to injuries sustained in a drone attack inside the Yellow Line in Bani Suheila, also east of Khan Younis.
The Israeli occupation military continued artillery shelling in the southern region, detonated booby-trapped vehicles in Al-Tuffah, and carried out air and tank strikes northeast of Rafah City, constituting repeated and clear breaches of the ceasefire.
Since the ceasefire began on 11 October, more than 343 people have been killed and 871 injured, with 574 bodies recovered so far.
These continuous attacks highlight serious violations of ceasefire terms, particularly those concerning civilian protection and the targeting of residential areas. The escalation has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis, as healthcare infrastructure collapses and emergency services face increasing difficulty accessing victims, deepening the suffering of civilians in densely populated urban areas amid a deafening international silence.
