As Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip continues for the third consecutive week, the death toll climbed to over 10,022 victims, including 4,104 children and 2,641 women.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that 25,000 other people were injured so far.
The death toll in Gaza is likely to increase as the Israeli army continues to launch deadly and devastating attacks on different areas.
19 massacres were also carried out in the past 24 hours, claiming the lives of 292 victims, the ministry added.
The Ministry further noted that 997 massacres were carried out against Palestinian families since the start of the Israeli attacks.
According to the medical authorities, 2,350 people are still missing under the rubble, including 1,300 children, while 192 health personnel were killed in the Israeli attacks and 32 ambulances were damaged.
The ministry further stated that 192 medical professionals have tragically died as a result of Israeli forces’ intentional targeting of the healthcare infrastructure.
The Ministry also confirmed that eight people were killed and 125 injured in the targeting of the Eye Hospital, Rantissi, and Psychiatry Hospital during the past few hours.
The Ministry further said that the Israeli occupation is waging a vicious war on hospitals and ambulances in the Gaza Strip.
It accused the Israeli army of lying about the presence of safe corridors for displaced civilians and medical personnel, warning that Israel’s alleged safe routes are “nothing but corridors of death.
The Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian and human rights law as it exposes civilians’ lives to extreme danger, which requires an immediate international intervention.
The international community must force the Israeli occupation forces to abide by international human rights and humanitarian laws, mainly protecting the rights and lives of civilians, prohibiting their targeting and preserving their safety, and holding the Israeli leaders accountable for committing war crimes in the Gaza Strip.
