Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK (AOHR UK) condemned the ongoing killing of civilians, children, women and the elderly. It condemned the position of the international community for not implementing a ceasefire despite the daily horrific scenes of the Israeli massacres of the Palestinians.
The Israeli occupation is committing holocaust, massacres, genocide that had never happened before in the recent history. The numbers announced in the media do not reflect the reality of the victims falling in Gaza at the hands of the Israeli forces. On Friday, and the occupation bombed entire neighbourhoods with tons of bombs, resulting in the death of thousands of victims.
The world will soon discover that the numbers announced of the killing of 15,000 dead and injury of 50,000 are small numbers, as the numbers are at least the double, given the bodies that are left in the streets, buried under the rubbles, and in the corridors of hospitals that have collapsed and are out of service, in addition to the injured who lose their lives as a result of lack of medical care.
The vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex has been bombed for more than 10 days, followed by besieging it, storming it, and threatening the lives of more than 7,000 people, including the injured, sick, displaced, and medical staff, and forcibly evacuating it, amid the international bodies’ inability to provide the victims inside the hospital with water or the necessary medical care to save their lives.
The Israeli occupation gangs are attacking Al-Shifa Medical Complex to achieve an imaginary victory and prepare their crime scene for the media to present their fake control and command center under the hospital, which is false narrative that promote in every war they launch on the Gaza Strip, however the facts on the ground refute it.
In line with the atrocities committed by the occupying forces within the Al-Shifa Medical Complex, the schools serving as shelters for thousands of displaced individuals also fell victim to their ruthless assaults. The Israeli occupation forces conducted air strikes on two schools located in the densely populated areas of Tal Al-Zaatar and Al-Fakhoura in the northern Gaza Strip. Additionally, an attack on a residential area in Hamad Town, Khan Yunis, resulted in the wounding or death of hundreds. It’s important to note that Al-Fakhoura has been a repeated target, having suffered bombardments in both 2009 and 2014.
AOHR UK warned that the starvation war and the prevention of the entry of fuel and medical supplies would lead to the spread of epidemics, due to hunger and illnesses.
The responsibility of the genocide of the Gaza Strip is borne by 52 Arab and Islamic countries whose decision is seized by countries that had normalised with the occupation and actively participated and encouraged the occupation to complete its mission, and subjecting the opening of Rafah crossing and allowing the flow of aid to the will of the occupation.
AOHR UK stressed that history will never forgive those who were complicit in this crime and did not take all actions to support the victims and stop the massacres, and the 52 Arab and Islamic countries will be shamed and punished for failing to do the minimum in accordance with international laws and conventions.
