As part of the Israeli aggression on the West Bank, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) committed a new massacre in Nour Shams camp, east of Tulkarem.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health; five dead bodies arrived at Tulkarem Governmental Hospital after a drone attack targeted Nour Shams camp.
Four loud explosions were heard in Tulkarem city and its surrounding areas. A drone fired several missiles at a local house in the Al-Manshiya neighborhood of the camp.
The victims were identified as Muhannad Kamal Qaraawi, 19, Jibril Ghassan Jibril from Qalqilya, 20, Adnan Ayser Jaber, 15. Muhammad Ali Mustafa Yusuf, 49, and Muhammad Ahmad Muhammad Alian, 16.
The new deaths bring the total death toll in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, to 651 since October 7.
The pace of raids and arrests witnessed by the cities of the occupied West Bank has increased, coinciding with the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7, which has left tens of thousands dead and wounded.
Since October 7, 2023, the IOF has been waging a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in catastrophic humanitarian and health conditions, due to the continuous bombing and the prevention of supplies of food, water, medicine, and electricity.
The Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights, as it exposes the lives and property of civilians to extreme danger, which requires urgent intervention from the international community to stop the aggression and protect civilians in the Gaza Strip.
