The Israeli occupation continues to escalate its execution policy in the West Bank, in conjunction with its genocidal war in the Gaza Strip for the 273rd day.
Early on Friday; the Israeli occupation forces executed five Palestinians and seriously wounded another young man in Jenin City.
The director of the Martyr Khalil Suleiman Governmental Hospital in Jenin, Wissam Bakr, affirmed that four dead Palestinians and a seriously injured young man were transported to the hospital after being targeted in an Israeli drone attack near the “Awda Roundabout” in the Jenin camp. A fifth dead person also arrived to the hospital after being shot and wounded by Israeli gunfire in the Al-Zahraa neighborhood of the city.
The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the victims as: Ahmed Bassem Al-Amour, 20, Qusay Amjad Hazouz, 23, Fouad Iyad Aziz Ashkar, 25, and Yassin Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Aridi, 30, and Muhammad Mahmoud Muhammad Jabareen, 54.
On the other hand, Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that two Palestinians, one of them aged 18 years old, were seriously injured near Ibn Sina Hospital, after being shot by Israeli gunfire.
Special Israeli forces stormed the city and surrounded a local house belonging to Ahmed Marwan Juma al-Ghoul in “Harsh al-Saada,” west of the city.
The Israeli forces later bombed the besieged house with several Energa shells amid heavy live fire and called on a loudspeaker for a young man to surrender himself. Snipers were also deployed on the rooftops.
The Israeli forces prevented ambulance crews from reaching the targeted house, amid a power outage in some areas of the city and its camp.
The Israeli military bulldozers bulldozed the Military Street and Al-Jalbouni Roundabout areas, causing extensive damage to the infrastructure.
The West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem are witnessing daily military raids and incursions, accompanied by large-scale confrontations, arrests, and live fire amid settler attacks.
The Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and the West Bank constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights, as it exposes Palestinian civilians to extreme danger.
