Since the outbreak of the war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, the IOF has intensified its operations in the West Bank, resulting in hundreds of deaths and thousands of detainees, and destroying infrastructure in many areas.
Various parts of the West Bank, including Jerusalem, are being subjected daily to raids and incursions into villages and towns by the IOF, where arrests, shooting live bullets and gas bombs at Palestinians take place, in addition to repeated settlers attacks.
The Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights, as it exposes the lives and property of civilians to extreme danger.
