The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have intensified its shoot-to-kill policy across the occupied Palestinian territories, killing four Palestinians over the past 24 hours.
The Palestinian health ministry said that a Palestinian child was proclaimed dead on Friday after he was critically injured by the IOF live bullets in the West Bank city of Qalqilya.
14-year-old Adel Dawoud succumbed to a serious injury in the head after he was targeted by IOF live bullets in Qalqilya, the Palestinian ministry of health reported.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian young man Mahdi Ladawdah was martyred after the IOF soldiers fired live bullets at him in the al-Mazra’a village northwest of the West Bank city of Ramallah.
Israeli soldiers fired live bullets at Palestinian youths while they confronted a Israeli settlers’ raid into al-Mazra’a village.
50 Palestinian citizens were injured during the settlers’ raid, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported, adding that 33 citizens suffered breathing problems, while nine were wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets and eight were beaten. It pointed out that ambulance crews were also assaulted by the IOF.
On Saturday, the Palestinian health ministry said that two young citizens were pronounced dead after they succumbed to serious bullet injuries, adding that 11 others were also wounded and transferred to hospitals in Jenin.
The two martyrs were identified as Mohamed as-Sous, , and Ahmed Daraghmeh, 17.
Local sources said that the citizens were wounded after the IOF encircled a house in Jenin camp and clashed with resistance fighters and local youths.
Journalists and ambulances were reportedly denied access into the area of clashes in the camp.
