On Thursday, December 8, 2022, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed three Palestinians during an early raid in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said the military raid targeted Jenin city and its refugee camp in northern West Bank, where three Palestinians were killed by the Israeli gunfire.
Local sources identified the victims as Sidqi Zakarneh, Atta Shalabi, and Tariq al-Damej.
During the incident, a Palestinian ambulance was directly hit by Israeli gunshots. Fortunately, the driver miraculously survived the attack.
The Palestinian paramedic, Ghassan Al-Saadi, revealed in a Facebook post what he described as ‘a real massacre’ in Jenin.
Two young men were shot in their head and chest while leaving their car. The ambulance arrived and took one of them before a third was shot dead at the scene, he wrote.
More than 216 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank and Gaza Strip this year, making 2022 the deadliest year since 2006.
