Israeli occupation forces continue to target defenseless Palestinians with their full arsenal of weaponry. The storming of Palestinian cities and towns is now a near-daily practice, during which citizens are fired upon, assaulted, and harrassed, resulting in a rise of deaths and injuries.
And on Thursday, occupation forces executed Uday Trad Salah, 17-years-old, from the town of Kafr Dan, near Jenin city in the north of the West Bank.
Trad Salah was shot in the head by occupation forces, which led to his death. Three Palestinian citizens were wounded, one of them critically, during the same incident. Occupation forces are reported to have prevented ambulances from entering the scene.
At dawn today, a large group of Israeli occupation forces stormed the town, closed its entrances, and thereafter used tear gas, stun grenades, and live bullets against the local population.
The occupation forces raided the homes of two Palestinian men, Ahmed and Abdel Rahman Abed, who were both killed earlier this week near a military checkpoint north of Jenin. Their homes were searched, a number of their relatives were subjected to field interrogations, and several arrests were made.
With the death of Trad Salah, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces since the beginning of 2022 has risen to 149, including 34 people from Jenin.
