A Palestinian child was shot and killed by Israeli forces on Friday, 5 November 2021, as Israeli forces opened fire at an anti-occupation protest in Deir Al-Hatab village, east of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
Palestinian Health Ministry identified the 13-year-old boy as Muhammad Dadis.
Dadis breathed his last at the hospital after suffering serious life-threatening injuries, according to the ministry.
Israeli forces have suppressed the anti-occupation rally amid heavy fire of teargas bombs and rubber bullets.
At least 70 Palestinians suffered different injuries during the events.
Every Friday, Palestinians hold anti-occupation rallies in several West Bank villages and towns in protest against Israeli settlement construction.
Under international law, all Israeli settlements in occupied territories are considered illegal.
