On Friday, September 1, 2023, a Palestinian young man was killed, and three others were injured, after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Aqaba town, north of Tubas.
The Palestinian Health Ministry affirmed that Abd al-Rahim Fayez Ghannam, 36, died after being directly hit in the head by IOF bullets during the raid.
A young man also suffered live bullet wounds, while two others were injured by rubber-coated metal bullets, medical sources added.
Large numbers of Israeli occupation forces stormed the town early today and destroyed the house of Abdel Razzaq Abu Arra, before arresting him along with his son.
Since the start of 2022, 232 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli gunfire, including 45 children, 8 elderly people, and 11 women.
These serious human rights violations require urgent international intervention to hold those responsible to justice and provide protection to civilians during conflicts.
