Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK (AOHR UK) is organising a panel discussion titled, “Why have countries not yet accused Israel of genocide before the International Court of Justice?”
This session will feature jurists, experts, activists, and human rights defenders. Its objective is to illuminate the obstacles and challenges involved in lodging an accusation of genocide committed in the Gaza Strip against the Israeli occupation at the International Court of Justice.
Additionally, the session aims to address legal approaches and popular movements to attain justice for the victims of the alleged genocide in the Gaza Strip. It will discuss methods for providing legal redress to the victims and ensuring accountability for Israeli individuals accused of war crimes.
