The aggression of the Israeli occupation forced (IOF) on the Gaza Strip, the most populated place in the world, continues for the 16th day.
The IOF continues to apply the policy of collective punishments against civilians in Gaza and deprives them of all necessities of life, including water, electricity, food, fuel and medicines.
Today, October 22, the IOF launched an attack on a café in Khan Yunis, south of the Strip, which has a small generator that allows young people access to the internet for work. The direct attack killed 12 and injured dozens, most of whom are in serious condition.
The death toll of the IOF has reached 4651, and more than 14300 injuries, most of it is expected to worsen due to the lack of medicines and medical equipment, as doctors are forced to perform surgical operations without anaesthesia, with minimum sterilisation, on hospital floors and on the roads.
The IOF allowed the entry of a limited number of aid trucks following an agreement with the Egyptian and American, sides and under Qatari mediation, however the situation remains very tragic in the Gaza Strip.
Until this moment, the international community has failed to provide the necessary humanitarian aid to the residents of the Gaza Strip and failed to stop the collective punishment policy against the civilians in Gaza.
The position of world leaders has not changed despite the wide activism by human rights defenders around the world who condemn the ongoing Israeli war crimes, as well as the video documentation of these crimes by international organisations and institutions, and warnings of the worsening humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip. On the contrary, these regimes continue to provide unlimited political and military support for the occupation.
Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK (AOHR UK) calls on all governments of the world, all peoples, activists and human rights defenders to intensify their efforts and pressure officials in the international community in order to immediately stop the crimes of the Israeli occupation against civilians in the Gaza Strip, and to ensure the full entry of aid into the Strip.
