Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK (AOHR UK) is organising a webinar – on Thursday 18 December 2025 – to examine the continued genocide being carried out by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip, despite the announcement of a ceasefire agreement.
The webinar will address the post-ceasefire reality on the ground, where violations have not stopped and humanitarian suffering continues unabated. While the Israeli authorities allow the entry of luxury and non-essential goods, they continue to block or severely restrict the entry of food, medicine, and vital medical supplies, in a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the most basic human rights.
The webinar will highlight the stark contradiction between political claims of de-escalation and the lived reality in Gaza, where collective punishment persists, living conditions continue to deteriorate, and access to essential means of survival remains deliberately denied.
This webinar forms part of AOHR UK’s ongoing efforts to expose these crimes, challenge impunity, and advance serious legal and human rights accountability. We invite all those concerned with justice, human rights, and accountability to take part in this seminar and contribute to an informed and principled discussion on the urgent need to protect civilians and bring an end to these ongoing violations.
